Founded by Samantha Gold, Atlas Row is built on over a decade of leadership across sales, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Samantha previously led top-performing sales teams at Salesforce, served as CEO of Elizabeth James The Label, and founded Motette, a nationally recognized brand with features in Glamour, The Bump and Forbes, among others. This blend of corporate rigor and founder-led growth gives Atlas Row a rare ability to operate at both the strategic and executional level.

What sets Atlas Row apart is perspective. Samantha brings innovative, outside-industry thinking to women’s and children’s brands, helping founders challenge norms, identify creative growth opportunities, and build momentum in ways that feel aligned and sustainable. She works as a true strategic partner, not just an advisor, deeply embedded in each brand’s goals, opportunities, and expansion strategy.

Samantha is also highly active within female founder communities, including Entreprenista at a national level and locally as a leader within Austin’s female entrepreneur ecosystem with Fiesta and FoundHers. That connectivity, paired with hands-on operating experience, allows Atlas Row to open doors, make meaningful introductions, and help founders grow with clarity, confidence, and intention.
